Aerobics
The
aerobics class are taught by a variety of professionally
qualified instructors, and is the ideal way get fit, and
stay in shape.
Aerobics
is choreographed moves to music which allows the
participants to work at their own pace with helpful tips
from the instructor. We have classes for all levels of
ability which will develop stamina, improve coordination,
regulate cardiovascular output, and build body flexibility.
Put down
the remote control, hide the chocolate, and train your way
to health fitness and a new partner (only if you need one).
