 Kick Aerobics

 

Kick aerobics is a combination of boxing and karate moves to uplifting music. It is a non-contact activity that promotes flexibility, stamina and strength alongside the opportunity to learn fundamental fighting combinations in a relaxed, stimulating environment. All levels of fitness are accommodated within the workout ensuring an increase in cardiovascular fitness and a constructive investment in one's health and fitness.

Your instructor is known as Greg “The Body” Francis.

 

Former British/English Karate International world silver medallist and winner of many other titles, Greg has a lot to offer both novice and elite athlete in his fitness program.

 

This is a non contact class and is suitable for both men and women.
