 Kick Boxing 

 

Kick Boxing is a dynamic spin off of Karate with a mixture of Karate type moves and boxing. Highly popular with young ladies, Kick Boxing is a great way to get fit, stay in shape and learn self defence. Sure to make you sweat! A Non Contact sport.

NB: Your teacher Phil Francis joined the World Kick-Boxing Association, and was graded to “Gold” in October 2004.
