 Yoga 

 

yoga : defined as a set of physical and mental exercises, Indian in origin, which is intended to give control over the body and mind.

Yoga increases strength, flexibility and endurance. It also improves posture, alignment, co-ordination and balance without bulking up your muscles. In Yoga, nothing is forced. You emphasize correct form rather than going for the burn.
